We shoot from sunrise to after sunset every day of the week with a 24 turnaround from the shoot.
Each photoshoot will produce a set of pictures that will highlight your home's features.

Please thoroughly clean and de-cluster your home prior to the appointment by following our staging guidelines. Consider hiring a professional to help with the process.
Messages at all other hours will receive a response within
12 hours. Photoshoot appointments can then be booked through email or phone.
Our regular hours for photoshoots are MON-SUN 10AM-7PM,
there are NO extra charges for weekend appointments. The shoot of twilight/night
photo sets can take up to 10PM. Special accommodations can be made for early morning
twilights for $50 extra.
Appointments are booked based on our availability and a
'first come first serve' basis. However, We will try to accommodate your
schedule to the best of our ability. We are not responsible for any late booking
of appointments due to delayed responses to our email or phone calls.
In the event of any delays of our photographer's arrival due
to traffic or any unforeseeable circumstances, we will provide you a timely
notice.
If any unforeseeable occurrences results in our inability to
keep the appointment, and consequently result in a cancellation, we will
provide a full refund for payments made.
Please note that it is not the responsibility of the on-site photographer, nor are they allowed, to rearrange the setup or move any furniture. However, with the permission of the client, the on-site photographer may choose to do some rearrangements. We are not liable for any damages that have occurred during the staging process.
Please arrive on time for the appointment. If our photographer arrives at the appointment for more than 20 minutes and cannot provide service during this time (due to the inability to access the property - unable to open lockbox or absence of the homeowner/agent), it will be the discretion of the on-site photographer to continue to wait or cancel the appointment. In the event of cancellation, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee.
For appointments at all other hours, please contact us through e-mail and provide a minimum of 12 hours notice prior to the appointment. Otherwise, a 30% additional reschedule/cancellation fee penalty will be incur.
In the event the photographs does not fully meet our standards of quality, we will provide a full refund.
*Deposit ONLY for all regions and counties outside of Toronto, Peel, York, Durham, Halton, Hamilton-Wentworth, Niagara, Brant, Simcoe, Dufferin, Grey, Wellington, Muskoka, Peterborough, Northumberland – we require a 25% deposit at the time of order.
